I'll begin shooting the DVD within the next few days. I need to get an okay from the Sankey camp to mention one of his effects on the DVD - but other than that, it's ready to go. | ||||

You don't need permission to "Mention" someone else's work, only if you are going to explain it at any level. Jay's a great, easy going guy; if he likes what you're working on and the fact that you've proven a bit of integrity, he may prove a very helpful ally

I've been told that Jay regularly gives permission to include his work in DVDs and such. I know I don't need permission to "mention" it in most cases. I'm going to show the "Paperclipped" set-up as well as a performance to explain how it flows into one of the given routines - I figured I should get permission if I'm using it that much. |

In an attempt to keep costs at a minimum, I've opted not to include a full deck of cards. This will easy materials and shipping costs. Also I'm going to include an easy to install add-on for pre-existing boxes instead of including a fully prepped-box.
