David Blaine's Next SpecialStraight from Blaine's website:
"Just wanted to say hello to all of you and fill you in on what I've been up to. My next show is slated for May of '08. This will be my most difficult challenge to date. In order to prepare, I have started a vigorous training regimen and have limited my diet to mostly raw food. I still eat fish..."
It's been rumored from other sources, though nothing is confirmed, that he is planning on trying to stay awake for 12 days in a row without sleeping, since the record is 11. Of course, the guy who did the 11 days only stopped because he died. I have no idea if this is really what Blaine is up to, but I'm going to try to find out and get back to you guys when I know anything.
