you could sergically remove your tear ducts and fill them with red paint 
or, now this is just a theory, you could take some red kool aid powder and put small amounts of it right beside he eyes, where tears come from. Then you could just do something to make the eye start tearing and the tears would have to go through this powder before rolling down your face.
And also, the kool aid powder wouldnt be very visible, because you would put it on the small red section beside your eye, if you know were i'm talking about.
Of corse, putting highly precessed powder in your eyes is probably a bad idea
