Best Card WorkerWho is your favourite card technician or magician? Why do you like him?
My favourite is a tie between Alex Elmsley and Aaron Fisher. Alex Elmsley has created so much novel and practical card work that still amazes today. Aaron Fisher is one of my favourites as well because of his incredible sleight of hand skill and his modern approach to sleight of hand card work.

Lennart Green. Card tricks have never looked more like true magic than in Green's hands.

I hereby add a new favourite to the ever growing list of favourites... Ed Marlo. What a genius he was... I discovered his material in my collection of Linking Ring Magazines and I am enthralled by it.

I really don't know who I could call my favorite card worker.
For lack of any real knowledge about magicians, I guess I'll display my ignorance and go with a cliche - Oz Perlman.
I do have to argue with your choice of Aaron Fisher, however. I mean, Four and Control did not faze me for a second. I saw right through them.

What are Four and Control?
And I disagree with your disagreement... if you see Aaron Fisher do close-up live, you will be floored. His book was positively epic and his sleight of hand is excellent. His expertise in Half Passes and full Passes is admirable.

you may be confusing him with lee asher, and his BS control

Oops, you're right about the BS Control, but Four is still by Aaron Fisher on Theory11.
The four-kings production.

Trust me, that's nowhere near Fisher at his best... 1-on-1s at Theory 11 are pretty simplistic to fit a more beginner crowd that Theory 11 attracts... just pick up a copy of The Paper Engine and you'll see what's going on in his head.
Another one, I can't believe I forgot... Dai Vernon! The great who created ambitious Card, Twisting The Aces, and Out Of Sight Out Of Mind (which I use all the time).
