"Can we get a discount on the price if......our daughter gives you a lap dance?"
Yep. That was an actual question by a mother and father putting together a 34th birthday party for their daughter, who is apparently an exotic dancer. They wanted me to do the birthday party, but upon hearing my rates asked if they could get a discount in exchange for their daughter giving a lap dance.
Pretend you're of legal age - how would you have responded to that?

It does seem unprofessional, although I'm not quite sure why. Seriously, I've done discounts in exchange for discounts on services from stores who've hired me and such, you know, a trading services kind of thing. But for some reason, this particular service seems unprofessional.
Anyway what I ended up saying was, "I think that would be unethical of me, but if you get in touch I'll gladly work with you on the price so we can make the party happen anyway."
Then the father responded, "Once you see our daughter, you might change your mind."
And I simply said, "Then I look forward to meeting your daughter."
