What do you do, say, and think when a spectator, after a performance, tries to give you advice? Do you dismiss it?
I believe it is necessary to really listen what spectators say when they do indeed have something to say... sometimes, it will of course be utter nonsense, but now and again one actually knows what he or she is talking about. These ARE who we perform for after all, they know best, and they know what is entertaining and what isn't.
Any instances or thoughts you'd like to share?

they know what they like.
"the customer knows best"
one time i did this short set and i through in a poker deal with no expectation of a good reaction. But after the show, everyone had liked it best, so its still in my routine.
I could have just thought "its not good, you are just freaks"
but i decided not to
