I've been doing a card warp with bill effect for quite some time. This effect, like many card warps, ends with the bill being torn. For the end of this effect, i have always had a method of restoring the card. I only ever perform it if some says "Put it back together."
When someone does though, it feels as though i am doing real magic. The restoration is not impromtu, but appearing to do it simply on a whim, because someone suggested it and you happen to have a time machine make its probably the most powerful effect i do.
I love this, because if  i could do magic, i would take suggestions and do them. Do you guys know of any other effects which have this completly impromtu feel to them? Any other comments?
