This is something that really gets me, especially if it is deliberate. You would think creators would at least do a little bit of research before marketing an effect! I am, take for example, Daniel Garcia... This has happened with his work more than a few times. Torn is just Jon Lovick's Reparation. Fallen is something I just found in an old set of lecture notes.

What are the worst cases of this you have seen?
